Hey! I’m Lexi, a Montana based photographer capturing all things western lifestyle. Documenting families through every season of life is my bread and butter, and I am so thankful for it! Family photos that are hung on the walls of your home are so special to have, and I can't wait for you to have photos to hang up in your home.
Each unique story calls for a unique way to tell it, and my goal is to capture your family with ease, sincerity, and directly from the heart. Throughout your session, we will make sure to capture the classic “legacy” photos of you all smiling at the camera to the little in between moments and details that makes your family, yours.

If you value moments over perfetion, you are in the right place. Pictures with your family shouldn’t be awkward or stressful. You aren’t hiring me to tell you to say “cheese” at the camera and hope we got a few good phots, you are hiring me to give you poses and prompts throughout the entire duration that makes you feel like you are watching your own movie when you look back at those photos.

Prompts vs posed, what does that mean? Think of posed pictures as a specific instruction or direction from me of where to put your hands and where to look for an image. Prompted photos is where I will give you an action to do, like having the kiddos run into Mom + Dad’s arms, and I will be in the background to capture those images. Throughout your photo session, we will do a mix of these to get those genuine smiles, and photos that you can revisit for years to come.
what if we are awkward in front of the camera?
Of course when someone points a camera at you and makes you say, “cheese” you are bound to feel a little bit timid. That is not what my photo session are about, we will play, explore, and let kids be kids. For shy little ones, I go at their pace and help them feel safe and comfortable. For the wild ones? That energy is welcome (some of the best moments come from the chaos)! I’ll guide everything in a relaxed, fun way (and yes, I’ll be the silly one), so your kids can actually enjoy themselves, and you can too.

What's next?
Email/text me your selected package. From there, I will send you my location and session guide, session time, and answer any other questions you might have.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Don’t worry, I’ve got you! After you book your session, you’ll receive a session guide that walks you through everything you need to know. It includes outfit tips, outfit coordinating suggestions, and all the helpful details to help you feel confident and prepared. And during your session, you won’t have to stress about posing as I’ll guide you through everything with prompts and direction the entire time. That’s my job, so you can just relax and enjoy the experience!
how will my pictures be delivered?
Your images will be delivered to your email through a digital gallery! You can download the photos and share them whomever you like, as much as you’d like. The photos will be delivered in a high resolution format and the gallery will be password protected.
How long until we get our photos back?
Regular sessions have a 1–2 week turnaround time, with sneak peeks delivered within 24-48 hours.
can you print our photos?
Yes! Every gallery includes the option to purchase prints directly through your online link. These prints are produced with professional labs to ensure the highest possible quality. I always recommend ordering through your gallery rather than big-box stores, which often compress images and reduce print quality. When you order directly, you can choose your size, select your preferred print style, and have everything delivered straight to your door.
