image usage
Each package comes with a standard image usage rights for 12 months, non-exclusive, from the time of gallery delivery. This includes company websites, organic social media, email marketing, and organic digital marketing. Additional licensing is available for print advertising, packaging, catalogue, television, national campaigns, etc.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lexi Avila Photography retains the right to display final images from commissioned projects for the following: website portfolio, social media, marketing materials, photography competitions, editorial features, and promotional materials. This allows me to showcase the work we've created together while your brand receives the agreed commercial usage. If you require the imagery to remain confidential or need exclusive rights, I'm happy to accommodate that through a custom licensing agreement.
