Hey! I’m Lexi, a Montana-based photographer capturing all things western lifestyle. My love for documenting couples, seniors, livestock, and families is what naturally led me into the wedding world. I’m passionate about telling your story through every season of life. As I grow in my wedding photography career, I’m incredibly grateful for each couple who trusts me with their day. Every wedding feels like a chance to capture one of life’s biggest milestones, and being able to preserve those memories is something I truly cherish.

First off, CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement! This is one heck of a milestone and season full of love, laughter, and all the little moments that make your story yours. It’s truly an honor to be considered as part of your day, not just as your photographer, but as someone who’s in your corner cheering you on the whole way.
Weddings can feel a little wild...there’s planning, celebrating, and a whole lot of emotions in between. My job? To help keep things grounded and fun so you can soak in every dang second without stressing the small stuff. One quote I read recently that I resonate with is, “Weddings aren’t made to be productions, they are meant to be felt”, and that is exactly how I will approach your day.
When it comes to how I shoot, I like to let your day unfold naturally. Think of me as a fly on the wall: quiet and out of the way when you’re living in the moment, and stepping in when it’s time to wrangle the crew for those must-have portraits. I chase the real stuff, the raw emotion, the belly laughs, the happy tears, and every bit of magic in between.

If you value moments over perfetion, you are in the right place. Pictures with your hunny shouldn’t be stiff or awkward. You aren’t hiring me to tell you to say “cheese” at the camera and hope we got a few good photos, you are hiring me to give you poses and prompts throughout the entire duration that makes you feel like you are watching your own movie when you look back at those photos.
preservation
Wedding photos are the old fashioned time machines. It’s the one piece of your wedding day that you’ll actually be able to take home to have for forever. The DJ, cake, and venue? All of that stuff gets left behind. The photos? Those will stay with you forever. Just imagine, 50 years down the road you are flippling through your wedding album with your grandkids reminiscing on the day you two tied the knot. My photography style will always reflects your moments as they unfold. Nothing is more important to me than ensuring you have your gallery to relive your day.

One thing I hear a lot is “I don’t want to spend hours on formal portraits, I want to make sure we are present for our wedding day”. Throughout the planning process, we will meet up a few times to create your timeline and shot list to ensure your formal portraits run efficiently and quickly. It’s my goal to ensure you guys get the formal photos you want, and get on with the rest of the wedding to ensure you are present for your day.

can i change my package/include add-on’s after booking?
Absolutely! If you want to adjust any package details, please message me and we can adjust the contract and invoice accordingly.
do you require a deposit?
Yes, each wedding or elopement requires a 25% non refundable retainer to reserve your date. This is due at the time of booking.
do you offer payment plans?
My standard plan breaks your total into three simple payments: a retainer due at the time of booking to secure your date, followed by two remaining payments — one six months before your wedding and the final one month before your big day. I understand that every couple’s budget is unique, so payment plans can be tailored to fit your needs.
do you have a backup plan for rain, faulty gear, etc?
Absolutely! Life happens, and unexpected emergencies can arise. Backup plans are outlined in my contract, and I’m always happy to go over them in person to make sure you feel completely covered. I won’t leave you hanging!
can you help us create our wedding day timeline?
Yes! Creating your wedding day timeline and a personalized “shot list” is included in my packages. We’ll go over all the details and tailor everything to your day during our upcoming calls.
